Three Steps To Self Confidence

Self confidence is the most important thing you can have when you are striving to become a better you. When you are attempting to acquire those long-term goals that are beyond yourself, you have to believe that self-confidence is the key to success. You can improve your self-efficacy, your self-worth, but it doesn’t really mean anything if you don’t have the self-confidence. There are many things you can do to put your self-confidence at a higher level, but here are a few proven steps that will put your self-confidence where it needs to be.
1. Remember your past successes as you go along. As you strive to achieve a goal there will always be obstacles reminding you that there is failure.  If you can’t rely on your past success you will succumb to these aversive experiences. Everyone has had past successes. Don’t think of the greatest thing you’ve done in your life.  It could be as simple as learning how to ride your bicycle.
